We’re especially strong in consumer packaged goods with direct-to-consumer eCommerce and Marketplace models, but our growing team (28 heads in March '23), has experience across everything from utilities to high-end fashion. Our skills and experience can be brought to bear on all business functions from Brand & Marketing, Trading & Operations, Tech & Insight and Finance & Talent; we effectively mirror our clients’ organisation.
Although our clients come from all kinds of sectors, they tend to have a few things in common where implementing robust Talent Acquisition Management makes a real difference and is often underplayed and misunderstood.
You’ll be getting stuck in to building amazing brands and growing our clients to the next level by becoming an integral part of their People function. Often you will assume a client email alias and for the duration of the engagement you will be working as though you are part of the client team, helping them attract identify and engage then retain the very best talent in the market place, Your role will include placing across all of the following disciplines: Product, Brand, Marketing, Trading, Operations, Insight, Tech, Finance, People and C-Suite,
At the same time, you’ll help define, refine and grow our own team, here at The Growth Foundation, where we have a growing headcount of industry superstars who in turn will work hand in hand with our clients.. We’re a young company, only a year old and we’re currently generating our growth organically through referrals.
Role Responsibilities:
- Take pride in ensuring potential candidates are and excellent fit four our clients
- You’re an experienced recruiter, agency or in-house, comfortable working as part of a close-knit team and juggling multiple projects at once.
- But, most importantly, you’re a resourcing force to be reckoned with a passion to find the talent nobody else can.
- Are confident managing the recruitment process from taking clients briefs, drafting adverts, and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and keeping candidates and clients in the picture
- Comfortable headhunting specific candidates for high-end job roles, such as senior management positions
- Build relationships easily
- Have experience or interest in the world of eCommerce
- Collaborate well and take feedback
About You:
- 2+ years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / Sourcing ideally in eCommerce related field but not essential
- Ability to deliver revenue and negotiate / influence
- operating in multiple geographical markets
- operating across multiple vertical markets eg Marketing / Trading / Branding / Product / Operations etc
- are entrepreneurial, creative, innovative with the ability to see the bigger picture
- are able to self-manage and organise, given competing deadlines and priorities
- will be determined to go the extra mile to achieve results
- confident, assertive, and proactive, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with people at all levels
- have exceptional attention to detail
- have experience in managing senior stakeholders and applying a commercial mindset
