ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help our partners and clients find and retain excellent employees as part of their company growth. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and clients. Working closely with the Talent Partner Lead, you will be working multiple accounts and will make sure to maintain a high level of communication and provide a high standard of candidates.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Maintain a high level of communication with the hiring manager on the client side
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Assist in employee retention and development if needed
- ATS management
- Organise and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in recruitment agency/RPO or In-house recruitment
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter in particular)
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
- Multitask and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communicator
- Well-organised
- A strategic thinker
DESIRABLE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
- Basic knowledge of labour legislation
- Experience recruiting in a Tech, SaaS, data/Analytics, EPM/CPM environment
- Hiring for roles outside of UK
