This is an exciting opportunity to deliver change and evolution to the talent acquisition agenda and wider impact of People Team activities, you will be a key member of the global talent leadership team and work with local partners across our business groups to proactively drive critical initiatives in this space.
Responsibilities
You’ll work with teams to deliver our hiring goals within the UK & EMEA region. You will build out our strategies to attract extraordinary talent to add to Arm’s capability and continued growth. To ensure our continued success in the region, you will closely lead the operational partnership with our resourcing partner teams and external vendors.
You’ll provide strong relationship management between the recruitment delivery team, hiring managers and partners. You will provide updates on hiring status, advice on creative sourcing strategies whilst coaching hiring managers on approaches.
Leading by example, you will have strong working relationships with your peers across Arm to develop a cohesive approach to hiring at a global level, with the right degree of local country tailoring to meet the challenges and opportunities within each region.
You will show skill in collaborating, transitioning workload and supporting team members in your region. Together, we will build strategies, deliver projects and improve processes, as well as the core metrics of success for Talent Acquisition in UK & EMEA.
Required Skills And Experience
Previous experience leading or developing a similar talent acquisition function is essential. You will have a deep understanding of the technology talent market, ideally in a software or hardware engineering environment with extensive knowledge of the challenges, opportunities and trends.
You will have strong program management background of large-scale hiring activity either directly through internal teams or as a partnered managed RPO model.
We are looking for you to have strong project management skills and ability to collaborate and further positive relationships. You will be passionate about innovation, but also apply your critical thinking through attention to detail to handle all aspects of hiring.
You be able to draw energy from working in a fast-paced, dynamic operating environment and have a sound appreciation of the business drivers and prioritisation for hiring within teams.
We will support you to be confident in analysing data on your business activity, and comfortable sharing and addressing diverse groups as an ambassador for our TA activity.

Salary: £65,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
