What you will be doing...
What will you be doing?
- Review, screen and sift candidate applications
- Organise and conduct Interviews, and assessment days
- End to end management of entry level vacancies
- Write advert copy, advertise and promote vacancies, and conduct direct sourcing
- Conduct telephone Interviews and evaluate video Interviews
- Competitor and industry benchmarking
- Ensure the best possible candidate experience is delivered through regular communication and proactive management of applications
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, providing advice and guidance as necessary and always acting as a trusted partner
- Ensure candidate document compliance is maintained
- Experience in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition environment with a good understanding of recruitment practices and processes
- Strong planning & organisational skills with excellent attention to detail - able to execute at pace
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders alike
- Proactive, adaptable, and motivated
