Look no further! We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our talented Talent Team at BPP.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be the backbone of our recruitment efforts, providing invaluable support to our recruiters and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. What you’ll be doing:

Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.

Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information, tracking progress, and generating reports.

Screen and shortlist candidate resumes, conducting initial phone screens to assess qualifications and fit.

Assist with the creation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards and platforms.

Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential candidates.

Assist with the coordination and logistics of recruitment events, such as career fairs and job expos.

Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including organising and maintaining recruitment files and documentation.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a recruitment or HR environment.

Strong organisational skills with impeccable attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
