We are excited to be expanding our team and service delivery across the group and have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, passionate and customer focused Talent Acquisition Advisor/ Recruitment Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition Team.


The Role:


As Talent Acquisition Advisor you will work closely with our recruiting managers, advising and developing recruitment campaigns and strategies while providing a first-class customer service from candidate attraction to employee appointment.


The Successful Applicant:


You will have excellent communications skills with the ability to build strong relationships quickly with key stakeholders at all levels. Strong collaboration, co-ordination, influencing skills are key to this role along with the ability to work as a team to deliver a high performing customer focused service.


This role is eligible for our Agile Working Policy once onboarded and embedded into the role.


You will also have:


  • Experience of delivering a comprehensive talent acquisition/ recruitment service covering a wide variety of roles
  • Experience of advising, managing and running successful recruitment campaigns using a range of media, from on-line advertising to effective use of social media, such as LinkedIn.
  • Experience in proactive candidate sourcing techniques and including talent pooling
  • Experience of providing a customer focused service to key stakeholders both internal and external to the business
  • A demonstratable understanding of employment legislation and right to work checks
  • Experience of Equality Diversity and Inclusion best practice in relation to resourcing]
  • Experience working to Key performance Indicators to drive excellence in our service.
  • An understanding of the current candidate market and new emerging recruitment trends.
  • Driven, proactive and solutions-focused individual, with a curiosity to source new recruitment solutions
