Post: Teaching Assistant 3 – Cover Supervisor
Location: Trinity C of E School, Belvedere, Erith Road, Kent, DA17 6HT
Contract: Permanent/27.5 hours per week/39 weeks per year
Salary: £18,110-£19,027 per annum inclusive of Outer London Weighting (BEX071-BEX074)
Start Date: As soon as possible

The Role
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person committed to developing pupil potential. You will be a strong team player who will contribute to the wider life of the school, have excellent communication skills and be able to work positively with children and staff.

You should have experience of supporting pupils with special educational needs and be aware of the importance of data collection, analysis and target setting in order to provide a full and extensive level of support for these pupils.

Reporting to the SENCO you will work within an agreed system of supervision, to implement work programmes with individuals/groups, in or out of the classroom.

You will also be required to supervise/cover classes (without the presence of a teacher) in the event of planned or unplanned absence of teachers in the school.
