We rolled out our integrated HR & Payroll system (Ceridian Dayforce) in the UK & Ireland over one year ago and will shortly be launching this in France. HealthHero are now looking for a technically-minded individual to be our HR Systems Analyst. This role will be the go-to person and first line of support to resolve issues arising from the current system in addition to helping to enhance the system functionality and roll-out new modules. This role will report to the Chief People Officer and be part of a friendly and supportive People Team. This role will suit someone who enjoys using technology to create engaging and efficient user experiences and who may come from a data or information systems background.

What will you be doing?

  • Accountable for the day-to-day support of the HR system, maintaining the system data and responding to queries and issues
  • Partner with Payroll team who own the payroll modules of the system to ensure seamless interface continues between HR and Payroll
  • Work closely with Dayforce provider (Ceridian) (ie. Raising/chasing tickets, regular meetings, account management)
  • Accountable for configuration to existing modules in Dayforce system and and rollout of future modules/system changes (ie. Annual review, learning module)
  • Conduct end-to-end testing for any system changes/upgrades
  • Partner with the wider People team to review and adapt workflows and processes to meet current and future business needs
  • Develop and deliver training for the business
  • Create reports to generate insight for HR and the business
  • Provide data/reports for company audits
  • Ensure data integrity and SOX compliance
  • Be responsible for planning, communicating and carrying out system updates/new releases
  • Support with 3rd party system integrations (ie. ATS, other HR tools)

Requirements

  • Experience of using SaaS products
  • Experience of using an HR or Payroll system
  • Broad knowledge of core HR processes would be desirable
  • Understanding of back-end system configuration or at least desire to learn/own
  • Experience with working in fast-paced, ever-changing scale-ups
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive and creative problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experienced in excel with strong analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
