Role: (Assistant) Systems Administrator
Location: Chesterton, Newcastle Under Lyme, ST5 6BN
Remuneration: Dependant on experience and skill set with excellent earning potential.
Working hours: 8:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday with one 30 min break. 40hrs a week.

Due to continued growth and investment, we are currently looking for a new addition to our Project Administration & IT Departments.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to utilise their existing administration expertise and learn new skills along the way by being involved in various exciting projects. The role is challenging and varied on a daily basis and there will be opportunities to experience different parts of the business throughout the development of the individual.
The job purpose is to;
· Assist in the scheduling of Projects and monitoring schedules on a daily/weekly basis.
· Mark up Project plans and elevations using Adobe or Bluebeam.
· Schedule and place orders of materials and moulds for projects.
· Set up project financials in preparation for the project’s commercial manager.
· Use JET reports design wizard to produce reports based on database data.
· Use 3D software packages to assist with project management.
· Produce reports, schedules and technical documents using a range of software packages to assist with the management of the Company’s IT infrastructure.
· Provide help and support with systems to users companywide.
· Provide IT support to end users with all IT related issues.
· Maintain systems for machinery used in the manufacturing process.
· Assisting in the development of in-house IT systems to automate business processes.
· Administer changes and train employees in the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
· Set up new user profiles and equipment.
· Manage Product Licence for Software.
The suitable applicant will;
· Have cloud administration skills.
· Have some experience in matters of hardware as well as software.
· Must be punctual and honour commitments.
· Will have attention to detail.
· Will have problem solving and decision-making skills.
· Will be keen to learn and use their own initiative.
· Will have excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
· Will be able to work with a variety of people as part of a large organisation.
· Will be able to follow instructions and work unsupervised.
· Have excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
All tasks are carried out with our integrated CRM & DMS IT systems and computer literacy is a must if you are to succeed in this role.
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous but not essential; Microsoft SharePoint, Office 365, SQL Database, Dynamics 365 Business Central.
