Job Description
The key responsibilities of the HR Systems Administrator will be to:
- Responsible for liaising closely with the 3rd party IT implementation Team ensuring project time line is kept to plan and raising any concerns with HR Director.
- Responsible for accurately implementing the HR data into the new system, checking the accuracy of the data implementation with the HR Coordinator/HR Director as required and gain sign off.
- Responsible for producing the agreed HR process work flows with the HR Director and ensuring the IT implementation team follow the process and highlight any anomalies with HR Director.
- Recommend administrative processes to adopt from a number of basic spreadsheets currently in use due to unavailable HR support systems in place.
- Ensure all data is processed and stored in compliance with GDPR and kept confidential at all times.
- Ensure all elements of the system implementation phases are thoroughly and accurately tested highlighting any anomalies or issues immediately.
- Develop a training plan and deliver training for all users across the company and act as point of contact for any issues or concerns ensuring issues problems resolved in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Finance Team to ensure all financial interfaces are accurately implemented and make recommendations should there be any conflict with HR regulatory processes or procedures.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the HR Systems Administrator position will have:
- Educated to "A" level standard with Business studies/IT qualification
- Proven experience and knowledge of HR processes and system requirements and regulations.
- Excellent proven high level of skill in various software packages ideally experience of implementing HR 360 Dynamics system.
- Proven experience and knowledge of implementing HR Systems
- Proven excellent all round communication and project management skills
- Excellent levels of accuracy and ability for managing lots of detailed data.
- Team player who is customer focused.
- Experience and knowledge of HR legal/regulatory framework desirable.
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Naturally Inquisitive with a desire to work in HR within Aviation
- Integrity and confidentiality is essential.
