Jaxon is looking for a broadly capable Information Assurance Workforce member to perform maintenance and configuration of servers, workstation, web applications, networks, phones, security systems, as well as provide direct-user support with software, AV systems, and computers. This is an in-office position in a unique industry.

Salary: $31.25 - $40.85 per hour, plus bonus eligibility

Primary Duties
- Monitoring & Maintenance - scheduled maintenance, updates, configuration-compliance
- License & Systems Access Administration – Software, Permissions, Access Control
- Data Management, Archiving, Sanitizing
- System Provisioning & Repair -In accordance with configuration baselines
- Server & Network Administration -User/Group/Access, Backup/troubleshoot/repair/replace
- AV/Surveillance/Phone Systems - Troubleshoot/configure/operate
- Help Desk – Local and Remote, Good documentation/prioritization/tracking/follow-up
- Demonstrated ability to independently perform a variety of computer, printer, server, network, and application systems administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support tasks
- Excellent analytical, communication and people skills
- Active Dept. of Defense Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one
- Reputation of the highest integrity in all prior work experience
- 3 years’ job-related IT experience a minimum; 5+ years’ experience preferred
- Certification for DoD 8570 IAT level II, or IAM level I, or IA SAE level I or better preferred
