Responsibilities:

Performs day-to-day activities related to the support, research, analysis, and implementation of Windows systems and infrastructure. Considerable knowledge, experience, and understanding of working in a Windows environment is required. The candidate will also need experience with networks, servers & certificate authentication. They will assist periodically with networked multi-function devices (MFDs) and electronic physical access control systems (ePACS).

This includes:

• Thorough knowledge of and in-depth experience with performance monitoring, troubleshooting, IP changes, system testing, OS upgrades, and software patch installation and testing in a Windows environment.
• Experience with standard server networking protocols.
• In-depth experience with medium to large-scale Windows environment & servers.
• Experience with providing technical support and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communicative & collaborative skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Expertise with Windows Administration
• 5+ Years’ Experience as a Computer Systems Administrator
• Knowledge and hands on experience with the fundamentals of networking, servers and troubleshooting.
• Ability to provide operations and maintenance support for Microsoft Windows Servers and systems in a classified enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory and Office 365
• Knowledge of electronic physical access control systems (ePACS).

Nice to Have

• Advanced Windows administration experience
• Experience working with and writing PowerShell scripting.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $23.55 - $50.00 per hour
