Data & Systems Administrator
C.L. Jones is a local, family-run builder’s merchant with over 40 years successful trading in North Wales and 7 branches across Gwynedd, Anglesey and Conwy.
We are currently looking for a bright and passionate individual to join our Administration team in our Head Office in Bethesda. The role:
As a Data & Systems Administrator you will gain valuable experience by working across various disciplines within our organisation. The role will suit a confident self-starter with meticulous attention to detail, who is eager to learn and grow with the role.
Typical tasks and duties:
- Inputting and maintaining data within our system and/or website, ensuring accuracy and completeness. This may involve creating and updating records, generating reports, and performing data validation.
- General administrative support
- Potential involvement in areas such as Data Analysis, eCommerce, and Computer Information Systems, based on your skills and aptitudes
Essential skills and experience:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel).
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient IT skills
- Strong numeracy abilities
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Eligible to work full-time in the UK
Desirable:
- A mind for numbers and passion for orderly data
- Experience of working in a busy office-based environment
- Understanding of accounting basics
- Business or ICT qualifications, or enthusiasm to learn
- Experience of working with ERP software
- Knowledge of IT network and hardware configuration
