Sustainable Investment Performance & Reporting Analyst
Role overview
Support process to calculate and report relevant sustainability metrics for segregated accounts and funds in all asset classes.
Incumbent will contribute to and maintain an RI controls framework, ensuring the robustness and validity of published information. They will be required to work with internal and external stakeholders and clients to capture requirements, communicate progress and investigate queries and requests, and deliver analysis and reports.
Be part of the Performance & Reporting Sustainable Investment centre of excellence for calculation and publication of sustainability data and reports.
Support the Head of ESG Performance Measurement and Analysis in delivering regulatory projects and maintain compliance with the regulations once implemented.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Supports sustainable calculation and reporting business as usual activities including data loading, reconciliation, results analysis and reporting
- Produce regular and ad hoc sustainable reports to agreed deadlines
- Participate in sustainable investment related projects, dealing with dynamic data requirements and supporting solution delivery
- Develop and bring a depth of experience in sustainability metric methodologies, and practical experience of calculation tools
- Is accountable for the assigned day to day operational activities as part of the AMG Performance & Reporting function
- Ensure client sustainability reporting needs are met to a high standard
- Support sustainable reporting business initiatives
- Implement and maintain regulatory reporting on SFDR, TCFD and NZAM among others
- Stakeholder communication
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
- Good analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with and interrogating large datasets
Preferred:
- Experience of sustainable investment calculation & reporting
- Performance Measurement experience
- Benchmark and index data experience
- FactSet PA experience
- Several years of experience in the asset management industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with proven experience working in a matrixed management structure, building and maintaining global team relationships
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- VBA
- Database experience (SQL etc.)
