We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual with a can-do attitude to join our Sustainability Team, within the Estates department, working to support the whole of RBG Kew deliver against ambitious sustainability targets.
This role will be fundamental to supporting and understanding improvements in sustainable impact across the organisation, so it is essential you are passionate, knowledgeable about tackling sustainability challenges, and a positive problem solver. The role will include the further development and implementation of a set of data gathering, data analysis and reporting processes. You will need to be driven, with an eye for detail, an interest in managing data and reporting, and good time management skills.
It is an exciting time to be joining Kew’s Sustainability team, and the post-holder will help to shape the future of sustainability reporting and increase visibility and understanding of sustainability impacts internally and externally at Kew.

This role is based at Kew with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements. This is a Fixed Term role through to the end of March 2025.
The salary will be £33,802 - £39,759 per annum pro-rata, depending on skills and experience.
