Job Title: Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility Graduate
Location: Hybrid role – Must attend the Reading office 2 times a week minimum
Start date: ASAP
Type: 18-month fixed-term contract

In this position, you will work alongside Ericsson’s leading minds who are fostering our sustainability efforts across Europe and LATAM.

In this role you will:
- Work in a company with a vision to pioneer a sustainable future with limitless connectivity
- Develop your skills in Sustainability, Digital Inclusion and Corporate Responsibility, stakeholders’ engagement, and more.
- Collaborate on Sustainability, Digital Inclusion, and Corporate Responsibility projects planning, delivery & reporting including but not limited to the volunteer program across Europe and Latin America
- Work towards developing sustainability content and messages for advocacy and visibility in both internal and external channels
- Monitor/measure Sustainability programs’ impact and develop case studies of the outcomes
- Support in developing proposals for stakeholders´ sustainability requirements and needs
- Maintain internal and external contact networks (employees, academia, institutions, NGOs, Ericsson customers)
- Bring new insights and suggestions to further improve our efforts in SCR

- A bachelor's degree in communications, geography, business, economics, PPE, or similar.) OR equivalent experience in sustainability & corporate responsibility and a degree in another area
- Experience in working a project end to end (preferably within a workplace, but not essential)
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken at business level)
