Sushi Gourmet are recruiting a Full Time Mobile Sushi Chef to come and join our teams in Sainsbury’s kiosk in:
- Shorehead, HD1 6QR
- Meadowhall, S9 1EH
- Harrogate, HG2 8QZ
- Moortown, LS17 5NY
- Vangarde, YO32 9AE
This role requires your own vehicle and milage will be paid.

- Pride in your work, constantly looking for ways to improve and continually learning
- A good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations, ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies.
- Reliable transportation for your commute to work early in the morning
Able to:
- Be accountable for the Kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations
- Ensuring the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves
- Highly organised, with a focus on forward planning
- Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
- Accurately labelling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.
- Be a skilled multitasker who has experience of placing weekly orders, daily stock rotation and producing monthly stock take.
- An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
- Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered
