London: £24,500 - £27,500 per/annum

The Supporter Donations Team at Macmillan are looking for Supporter Donations Assistants to play their part in helping Macmillan supporters and stakeholders do whatever it takes for people living with cancer. We have two roles available within our Supporter Donations Queries Team. About the role
The Supporter Care department is looking for x2 Supporter Donations Assistants to join our Supporter Donations Queries team. We have one permanent role available and one fixed term contract.
You’ll be thanking and processing supporter’s donations to Macmillan across all channels, resolving queries relating to thanking and donations for supporter’s and our internal stakeholders. You will be processing high volumes of income, inputting these onto the income system, sending bespoke personalised thank you letters to our valued supporters and helping to process Gift Aid sponsorship forms. In addition, you will undertake a range of general administration duties in support of the smooth and effective operation of the Supporter Donations and wider teams at Macmillan.
You will liaise with stakeholders across the organisation including our Finance team, our colleagues across Supporter Care, Relationship Fundraising Managers and product teams in order to accurately thank and process supporter donations received by Macmillan across all channels. This includes processing online event registrations & donations, re-validating eligible Gift Aid, cleansing data and addressing any queries related to donations. All of which you will be doing by delivering recognisable, high quality Macmillan experiences in line with our Brand and Strategy guidelines and messaging.
Initial training is due to be delivered in the London office - arrangements to be discussed dependent on contractual location.
