We are currently recruiting for Wake In Nights Male and Female Support Workers in Cardiff. You will be primarily based at a single service and will be encouraged at times to work across services to gain increased experience in working with different clients and in different environments.

CANDIDATE DUTIES
The Recovery Coach: A bit of what you’ll do…
- Supporting people with learning difficulties and/or mental health to gain greater confidence in daily living
- Ensuring that each of our service users can make informed choices.
- Encouraging service users greater independence in everything they do.
- Forming good partnership working with Local Authorities, voluntary
- Providing emotional support to clients
