Job description
We are looking for individuals who are committed, enthusiastic and self-motivated to work in our Annsgate emergency accommodation scheme for women experiencing homelessness.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months experience working in a homelessness environment or experience in a similar role, working with marginalised people with a range of support needs and risks. You must be able to positively engage with homeless females and have a strong understanding of homelessness issues. It is important that staff can support the Welcome Organisation’s ethos of delivering very low threshold services setting the minimum barriers to service entry.

Hours of Work: 87.5 hours worked on an overnight shift basis – usually worked 4 nights one week, 3 nights the next.
Salary: £26,162 per annum
