Job description

Rethink Mental Illness are hiring a Support Worker to join our inspiring and friendly team at Bristol Community.

You do not need previous work experience to apply for this role throughout your time at Rethink we will support you on your learning journey helping you develop in the area of work. We are looking for individuals who embody our values hope, understanding, expertise, equity, commitment, passion and openness? Are you a good listener, empathetic, understanding, kind, patient and willing to learn? Our range of community support services give people severely affected by mental illness access to personalised help that can rebuild their confidence, help them stay in or return to work, and take part in social activities they enjoy. We offer the opportunity to visit the service to observe the work we do and talk about a day in the life of a Support Worker with the Service Manager - this gives you the opportunity to really explore the work we do as an organisation and insight of the work you will be part of.
