Overview:
Lead with your Heart at Making Space

At Making Space our focus is upon building relationships, connecting communities and providing quality care as unique as the people we support.
We have an opportunity available for 2 part time support workers to join the team and work across our supported living schemes in Warrington, Thornycroft Drive, WA1 3FW and Carol Court, WA4 1DA.
You will be supporting adults on a person centered basis to live independently in their own properties. Tasks will include assisting with personal care, medication, accessing the community & domestic tasks.
Working 25 hours per week. Monday- Friday only working between 9am and 5pm.
Access to own transport is essential for this role to travel across the 2 schemes.
