Job Description: Support Worker

Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
- Help individuals develop and maintain independent living skills
- Support individuals in participating in community activities and social events
- Monitor and document individual progress and behavior
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to create and implement individualized support plans
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals

Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of person-centered approaches and principles of inclusion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and compassion
