LIFE by Be Caring is looking to recruit experienced Support Workers to join our team in the West Denton (NE5) area of Newcastle upon Tyne. As a Support Worker, you will be part of an integral team providing tailored person-centred care to our tenants which is both meaningful and wellbeing focused.

Pay: £11.00 p/hr (from 10th April 2023)


  • Bonus schemes*: up to £300 new starter (based on average hours worked) , £300 Refer a Friend, £250 annual bonus. £25 birthday gift voucher

Working Hours and Shift Patterns

  • 1 x full-time role & 1 x part-time role
  • Alternate weekends
  • Day shifts

Training

  • Paid induction training: classroom-based, includes shadowing and additional online modules.
  • Additional learning disabilities, autism and mental health training: provided to all new recruits - equipping you to meet the needs of our customers and enabling you to provide tailored, personalised support. Training delivered by our amazing specialist trainer Suzanne.
  • Training development: funded Level 2 and other accredited courses.
