We support people to live as independently as possible in their own home, to provide access to community based activities and support in Day Services. This will include engaging in contact, discussions, shared tasks/games, understanding what they like, and supporting them to make decisions and achieve the things they want to achieve in life making short SMART goals.
We are looking for staff who want to:

A good standard of spoken English is required to communicate with service users.
