Salary: £23,054 per annum or £11.95 per hour

Nightingale Close is a registered care home providing 24-hour support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
No previous experience is required. We will support you with a comprehensive induction and provide ongoing training and development.
We work within a framework of person-centred care, engaging individuals in active support and focussing on community participation. The main duties for this post will be to provide support to residents, promoting daily independence and wellbeing, as well as offering personal care and support with daily living tasks. You will be required to follow support plans and risk assessments and adhere to safeguarding principles.
As a requirement of the role you will be working on a rota basis including, weekends, public holidays and occasional nights.
