In your role and Support Worker you will-Support and assist qualified staff in the planning and implementation of resident care in one of our two mental health units. Delivering care to the resident as prescribed by the individual care plans. You will have experience working with individuals who have a mental illness; alcohol related brain disorder; physical disability with complex needs. We will support you in your role with training in the following-Mental Health and Illness; Alcohol Related Brain Disorder; Personality Disorder; Challenging Behaviours and Safety Intervention.
