Position: Support Worker

Location: Leicester

Hours: 37.5 hours (Mon-Sun, including weekends, evenings, holidays, waking nights and sleep-ins)

Salary: £20,803.86 per annum

Advance is looking for Support Workers in Leicester to support customers with Learning Disabilities/ Autism/ Complex needs/ mental health conditions to live the lives they choose. About the candidate

You don’t need to have previous experience working in care or support to be successful in this role. What matters are your values, your passion and determination to make a difference in the lives of people with Autism or learning disabilities.

Whether you want to work a few hours a week, or full-time, if you think a Support Worker role sounds right for you, you will need to be:

  • Flexible to work on a rolling rota.
  • Good at working on your own and within a team
  • Excellent at communicating with people.
  • Able to complete good quality support records.
  • You will be able to work weekends.
  • You must be able to offer sleep ins.
