Paterson Health and Social Care are looking for experienced Support Workers to work with adults with learning disabilities and autism.
Working in supporting living services which support individuals with accessing the community, day-to-day tasks, shopping, cleaning, and appointments.

What are we looking for?
- Previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities, autism & complex needs
- Experience in supporting challenging behaviour
- An understanding of managing behaviours
- Supporting with personal care
- Assisting with cleaning, shopping etc
- Caring and compassionate approach to supporting individuals
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Be proactive and have a can-do attitude

Salary: £11.26-£13.39 per hour
