Synergy Carers are recruiting 3 support workers to provider essential personal care to their service users based in Newquay on a permanent contract.
Support Workers must have experience and have a good understanding of mental health and how it could effect there day to day living. The Ideal Support Worker must have experience dealing with challenging behavior and be willing to work 40 hours a week (with over) plus every other weekend.
