Job description
The role of support workers, contributes to the commitment by supporting service users with a variety of complex needs, enabling them to live as independently as possible.
Service Delivery: To be responsible for working as a member of the staff team in all aspects of the delivery of care to service users within Residential Servives, supportting living, Supported Housing and Respite. A commitment to attaining appropriate QCF qualifications and all necessary mandatory training required of the post to ensure the necessary skills and knowledge to support service users acquired.
