Saivan Care Services LTD have vacancies for day and night Support Workers both Male/Female to join an excellent team providing practical help and support to their residents with Mental Health, challenging behaviour, Learning Disability and Dementia.
We are looking to recruit personable, flexible and motivated Health Care Assistants to support our qualified staff with the delivery of care to our patients. You will be involved in the personal care and meeting the psychological needs of a diverse group of service users with varying degrees of mental and physical issues. You will be caring and attentive with the skills to build strong and trusting relationships with people. It is also important that you work well in a team as you will work alongside qualified nurses and staff from other professions.
We are looking for competent, knowledgeable, self-motivated individuals with a caring nature and understanding the use of Care Management System who can offer flexibility and commitment. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to show empathy and sensitivity to the needs of others.

For those wishing to become Support Workers, but currently have no experience we offer a comprehensive training programme, supporting staff wishing to embark on NVQ Level 2 and 3.
We are offering 40-hour week (shift work), paid holidays and available over-time. Rates of pay vary depending on experience and qualifications from £10.42 to £12.00 per hour.
