Job description

Join our wonderful team of Support Workers in and around the Greater Manchester area.

Location available: Stockport

Hours Available: Part time & Full Time hours - We pay staff for 15 minutes travel time each client visited throughout the working day.

As a Support Worker you will be providing support to each person tenant in line with a Care Plan and the individual’s person centre support plan. You will help people live as tenants and citizens in the local community.
