We provide support to people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, older people, people with Autism and physical disabilities. We do that in a number of ways from providing 24-hour support within their own homes, to providing shorter, more focused support to assist with individual tasks or care needs, which are often determined in conjunction with Social Services.
The support we provide is person centered and focusses on enabling people to achieve their goals, aspirations and the things that really matter to them. We ensure people maintain their wellbeing and play an active role in their local communities. Building positive relationships with peers is essential.
What we can offer you: Salary of £22963.20 - £23400.00
(Pro rata Depending on choice of below)
£11.04 - £11.25 Flexible rate choose what suits you benefit option - 20 days annual leave (plus statutory bank holidays) rising to 25 after 5 years + Bank Holidays in lieu or Lower rate pay on 25 days Leave rising to 30 after 5 years.
45p per mile when using your own vehicle to support individuals
£60.00 per shift for working a sleeping in shift
enhancements for some bank holidays

What we expect from you:
A commitment to enabling people to live fulfilled and independent lives both within their homes and the wider community.
A flexible approach to work and the willingness and ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and also sleeping overnight at the service users home
A full clean valid UK driving license and a car with business insurance, as you will be required to use your car for work purposes.
Have a commitment to work towards a QCF in Health and Social Care
