Trust Care Management Ltd is currently looking for a Support Worker - Children Services to join our team. The company provides a range of services within residential, nursing and learning disability registered homes for adults. The range of services provided are for people living with dementia, mental ill health, autistic spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, complex needs and people who may present with behaviours of concern as well as those that are frail and elderly.

To be considered for- this vacancy you will have to have:
- Driving Licence preferable
- Experience working in children services or- related is preferable.

Responsibility:
- You will assist with the care of our children and young people.
- You will create positive relationships with the children, meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times.
- You will create timetables, setting boundaries and expectations for the young people.
- You will meet a variety of children and young people, some of whom may require high levels of supervision and support.
- You will be assisting with washing and dressing if necessary
- You will be preparing their food and help them eat if necessary
- You will be doing household tasks, such as shopping and laundry, cooking, cleaning, tiding etc...
- You will getting to know the children, their needs and interests
- You will be monitoring their health and recording any concerns
- You will be making sure they take prescribed medications
- You will be supporting their mental and physical wellbeing through different activities
