- Single Work Location at a Supported Living service in Great Sutton
- 41.3 hours per week and 1.5 sleep (on average based on a 12wk rolling rota)
- Working 3 days per week with every other weekend off
- Full training provided
- Support worker is required
- Driver required (To drive client Motability vehicle)
- £25,300 per year (based on £10.50 per hour plus sleep-in allowance)

General Information:
- We offer FULL-TIME PERMANENT CONTRACTS
- Most roles have a fixed rolling shift pattern assigned to them so that you know your regular hours of work on an ongoing basis
- For those roles with no fixed shift pattern, you will be given a 6-week rota to plan around
- Generally, with all roles, you will only work 3-4 days per week
- You are guaranteed to have every other weekend off in full if you have a fixed rota role
- There is lots of opportunity to pick up extra shifts but there is no obligation to do so, and we value a healthy work-life balance. You will not be allocated extra shifts if you do not want them
- You will have access to lots of support from great managers and the opportunity to complete an NVQ
- Progression opportunities do become available and are open to all existing employees prior to external recruitment.
- You will generally work in the same house on each shift. There is generally no travelling between services once you start work, and you will build strong and meaningful relationships with the people you support and your colleagues.
- The majority of the people we support have their own Motability Vehicles so for those of you who drive there is normally no need to use your own car.
