Support Workers / Care Assistants - Working With Adults and Children
A driving licence and access to a car are essential for this role.
£10.15 - £13.54 per hour
We have part time roles available working in south Manchester and are looking for support workers who would be available to work the following times
Available to work evenings during the week and every other weekend
Available to work early morning through to tea time during the week mainly on the following days Monday Wednesday and Thursday and alternate weekends
We cover the following areas in South Manchester – Didsbury, Burnage, fallowfield, chorlton, Withington and surrounding areas
Our support workers provide care to individuals of any age to live as independently as possible in their own homes. Our service also provides essential support to their family carers.

Mileage allowance 45p per mile

About You:
No experience required as full training will be given to anyone new to care
Willingness to attend our full induction programme for new to care starters
Able to treat people with dignity, empathy and compassion
Excellent communication skills

This highly rewarding support worker role can involve providing personal care, practical and emotional support to help individuals of any age to maintain their independence in their own homes and to lighten the load for their unpaid carers, such as family, neighbours and friends.
Duties could include providing one-to-one support for children and adults in their home and out in their local community to attend recreational activities.
Successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and stringent vetting of employment history and references will be undertaken
