We currently have exciting full time opportunities for experienced support workers to join our team working alongside a young man with Autism and Learning disabilities in his own home near Bristol (BS10)
To be part of this young man’s team you will need to have experience supporting people with Learning disabilities and Autism, and be able to demonstrate your understanding of supporting with complex behaviours or Positive Behaviour Support.
You will be creative, Passionate, calm and patient
This young man enjoys outdoor activities, especially walking so you must be prepared to support with physical activities.
Above all you must have a great sense of humour, positive approach and genuine desire to support people to maintain their quality of life and independence regardless of the potential barriers they face.
We will pay you a £400 Welcome Bonus.
