Role Overview:
Glasshouse Hill is an 11 bedded unit in Codnor, which has been purpose built for people who have sustained an Acquired Brain Injury; the focus is very much on rehabilitation. The work can be challenging but the rewards of supporting people to achieve their goals make every day meaningful, especially on the occasions when some of the people return back to home to live with their families or to live independently in smaller unit. As a Support Worker you will help deliver bespoke person centered care set around rehabilitation and re-enablement for our individuals to reach their goals and a more independent quality of life.
