Job Role: Support Worker - Full-Time - 35 hours per week

Shifts: Required to work weekdays and weekends (Monday to Sunday) on a rota basis, covering the following shifts: Early - 8:00am-3:00pm and Late - 3:00pm-10:00pm

Location: Tottington, Bury

Pay Rate: £10.62 per hour

Role Overview: Agricola House is an Adult Residential Service in Tottington, Bury that provides support to eight adults with a head or acquired brain injury. We support individuals who would benefit from increasing their independence in a supportive community setting.

The Support Worker role is to empower & support service users to rebuild their lives. The focus of the service is to provide a supportive environment for people to develop skills and strategies in order to lead a more fulfilled and independent life. This could include; personal care, meal preparation, and taking part in hobbies, both therapy-based and social based activities. You’ll be out and about, enjoying life together and no single day will be the same.

Role Specific Requirements

For Support Workers in this location, no experience is necessary as all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support.
