Key Responsibilities

  • Working alongside the young person as part of their Team to ensure their needs are met.
  • Following the care plan for the young person to ensure they remain safe, and to afford them opportunities that allow them to remain safe and grow.
  • Support the young person to meet goals as identified on their care plan.
  • To work a shift pattern.
  • Write daily logs and keep a written record on a day-to-day basis.
  • Administer medication to the young person as prescribed.
  • To follow a house rota in relation to household tasks.
