Support Worker

We at Prospero Health and Social Care have fantastic opportunities available for Support Workers to join the leading Social Care agency in Wales and England.
We need staff who are keen and driven and passionate to be supporting younger people, children and adults in their own homes, within full time residential or supported living settings.
We are looking for enthusiastic staff who have a passion for working with a variety of people and would like to develop and nurture their life experiences.
To be considered for this role you must have at least 6 months paid experience working in Health and Social Care or 1 years volunteering experience
Every role is different, unique and tailored to that individual and service. No day is the same!
We provide support to people with a variety of needs such as learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, Autism, Asperger’s syndrome, physical disabilities, alcohol or substance misuse, homelessness, mental health issues, anxiety, OCD and many more.
Note - All agency work partaken will be given the right to apply for full time roles with these clients.

Experience:
- working in the UK: 1 year (required)
- working in a Health and Social Care setting: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- DBS on the online update service (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 100% (preferred)
