About Me
N is an energetic 7-year-old boy who lives at home with his parents and older brother. N has a diagnosis of Autism and Oculocutaneous albinism, he is visually impaired and has some social communication difficulties. N likes playing chase, reading books, watching cartoons, swimming, going to the park or for a walk and soft play areas.
Main Duties
Supporting N with opportunities to access the community and activities alongside other children of his age which will allow him to increase his independence, daily living and life skills.
Hours & Pay Rate
Casual hours to be used in school holidays and occasional weekends paid at £10.42 per hour.
Enhanced DBS clearance will be required issued within the last 3 months or you should be willing to go through the clearance process.
Person Specification
You will have experience of supporting other young people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. It is very important that you are friendly and cheerful, you will also need to be flexible and reliable. Someone who is happy and willing to be interactive, you will be encouraging in order to improve and develop skills
