Job Description:
We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals who desire to help the individuals we care for. We are currently seeking candidates who can work in a home office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain resident room and personal items in order to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Provide support to residents by helping them with bathing, dressing, eating, etc.
- Help residents maintain their independence by assisting them with daily activities
- Help residents express their thoughts by writing letters, memos, reports, etc.
- Perform community activities including playing cards, singing, laughing, etc.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene including washing dishes, laundry, changing clothes, etc.
- Prepare meals in accordance with diaries instructions
- Assist patients with self-administration of medications per doctor's orders
- Assist patients with personal hygiene including bathing, grooming
- Provide emotional support including listening, empathy and communication skills
- Report any unusual occurrences in the patient's home or in the community to the director or supervisor as required
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or director
Required Skills:
Care certificate required and manual handeling.
Enhanced DBS.
Other cartification required when asked for but training can be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 21 per week
Salary: £11.50-£14.00 per hour
