Support Worker - Lancaster

£10 - £13 an hour

We are searching for Support Workers to work in the Lancaster area which is based in LA1. We have a number of opportunities available for someone who has either worked worked as a Care assistant/Support Worker.

Ideal candidate

· Previous experience as a support worker/care assistant

·Strong work ethic

· Excellent communication

·Team player

Key Duties

• Assisting the Client to be independent
• Build confidence and self esteem
• Support mental health needs to build up skills
