Come and make a difference at Karbon as a Support Worker
We are looking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the role of Support Worker in the Supported Housing Team.
About the role
This role is to support vulnerable people experiencing mental ill health in their own homes and out in the community.
About you
Applicants should have some experience of supporting vulnerable adults and promoting their independence to help them to achieve personal goals. You will have an allocated caseload of clients to support and will be required to record the outcomes of visits on a computerised system. Please note this role does not involve offering personal care to clients.

- Support Worker – 2 fixed term roles until March 2024
- Salary is £21,044 per annum plus a Karbon car payment of £2012 per annum
- Location: Gosforth
- Regular travel will be required across North Tyneside
- 37 Hours per week with some homeworking available/flexible working
