Salary between £23,623.33 - £27,255.96 dependent on experience and qualifications
Inspire Care is a small family owned residential care company which has been established for over 12 years. The company values are based on family and children. We have 4 small residential children’s homes situated in Staffordshire.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Support Worker / Child Care Practitioner for our 2-3 bed EBD children’s home based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire.

Skills & Experience (Essential)
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Knowledge of EBD and other complex needs/challenging behaviours
- Hold a current UK Driving Licence
- Experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children
- NVQ Level 3 In Children and Young People or equivalent
