Responsibilities and Duties of a Support Worker:
Your role as a Support Worker will be delivering quality support that enables people to achieve their outcomes by using and developing person-centred support plans. You will be able to manage risks and vulnerabilities whilst promoting social inclusion and maximising the opportunities for the people you support.
You should have;

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A willingness to go the extra mile
- A flexible approach that respects individual differences
- An ability to work as part of a team as well as independently, using your initiative.
Due to the location of the home, you will need access to your own transportation as there are no public transport routes that go through the village.

Salary: £10.00-£10.26 per hour
Shift:
- 12 hour shift
- Night shift
