Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and additional complex needs, the focus is on helping individuals to live an active and meaningful life within their local community with as much support as they need. You’ll be responsible for supporting an inclusive lifestyle within the community as individuals attend local colleges or day trips out. You’ll develop greater independence and daily living skills by assisting with the upkeep of the service, preparing meals, shopping and domestic duties. You’ll provide help with personal care such as washing, bathing and dressing whilst working across various shift patterns including early, late and weekend or night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available. Next Steps Once you’ve applied you’ll have a call with our dedicated in-house recruitment team to find out more about the role. You’ll then have an interview scheduled at the service and have your chance to go down and meet the team. If you are successful we’ll go through an Onboarding Process obtaining a Free DBS Check and References. You’ll then start with our 3-day online induction with our dedicted Learning & Development team prior to returning to the service to continue your growing career at Consensus.
