We will provide you with all the training, support and personal protective equipment you need in your role and will help you develop, should you decide you want to develop your career with us. Who you'll be supporting & more about the role: Your role would require you to support 2 males in there spacious bungalow located in Winlaton to live there best lives possible. The gentlemen that we provide support which has lots of public transport links. To provide the best support there is always 4 member of staff on shift, shifts generally are 12 hours long but we are open to discussion around availability. The people that we support enjoys lots of different activities, some of these are listed below. Wheelchair dancing / Garden parties Swimming Arts and Crafts Cinema, Theatre & concerts Our staff team are great, and support the people we support to: Maintain the person we support home Complete personal care Support within the local community Enjoy an active social life Planning days out In order for the people we support to live there Best Life Possible our team have specialist training in, PEG feeding & medication administration, this is provided to you during your induction process, and is continues during your role with us.
